What We Offer

We value our clinicians just as much as our clients — and it shows in the unique culture we’ve built. Our Port Jefferson, NY offices are thoughtfully designed to feel warm and welcoming, not sterile, and our workplace culture is one of support and respect.

From the start, our mission has been to build a true community for therapists — a place to grow, learn, and feel supported, not isolated. This work is important and meaningful. We recognize the toll it can take without proper support and guidance. We prioritize clinician well-being with manageable caseloads, steady referrals, and the flexibility to shape your work around your passions and strengths.

What We Look For

  • Licensed Clinicians — LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC licensed in New York.
  • Commitment — Minimum of 20 client hours per week; full-time is 35+ hours.
  • Engagement Skills — Able to build strong therapeutic relationships and foster trust.
  • Compassionate Communicators — Listen deeply and respond with empathy, clarity, and respect.
  • Collaborative Learners —Open to feedback and ongoing professional growth.
  • Documentation Skills — Comfortable writing clear, accurate progress notes and other necessary documentation.
  • Comfortable with Technology — Experience using practice management tools and telehealth software preferred

 

  • Organized & Reliable — Manage time well, balance priorities, and respond to clients and colleagues promptly and professionally.
  • Specialized Experience — Experience with couples, children, trauma, or other specialties is welcome but not required.
  • Flexible Approach — Familiar with or open to using a variety of therapeutic modalities, especially humanistic, strengths-based work.
  • Some weekend and/or evening availability required
  • Valued Skills — Bilingual abilities and diverse perspectives are highly appreciated.
  • Ethical & Professional — Committed to upholding professional standards and the code of ethics.

Professional growth is woven into our practice: we provide CEU support, ongoing training, and room to explore new specialties or deepen existing expertise. Weekly clinical supervision, optional group supervision, and regular staff gatherings offer space for connection, collaboration, and reflection beyond the therapy room.
