About Me and How I Help
I approach therapy with compassion, gentle guidance, and the belief that humor can be an important part of healing. My clinical focus is on anxiety and mood disorders during pregnancy, postpartum, and throughout motherhood. I am certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support
International (PSI), an organization that provides education, resources, and community for mothers and professionals in the perinatal mental health field. My passion for this work comes from both the enjoyment I find in the clinical work and my lived experience as a mother of three. I understand how vulnerable this season can feel and how limited access to specialized care can leave women feeling unprepared, isolated, and overwhelmed. These experiences fuel my commitment to providing a compassionate and validating space to support mothers through the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.
Beyond the Office
Outside of work you can find me dancing, whether in a class or my kitchen, spending time by the water, or waiting for my toddler to buckle their own seatbelt
