About Me and How I Help
I love my work and find people endlessly fascinating. I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves and move toward becoming their most authentic selves, whatever that may look like for them. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and I see the therapeutic space as an opportunity to make sense of difficult emotions and experiences in a compassionate, non-judgmental way.
I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression in all their forms, from chronic worry and self-doubt to low mood. My approach is collaborative; together, we identify obstacles, build insight, and develop practical tools that support meaningful change. I bring empathy, curiosity, and humor to the therapeutic relationship, along with an analytical style of thinking shaped by my background as an attorney. This combination allows me to both sit with complex emotions and help clients think through challenges in a clear, structured way.
Beyond the Office
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. I also practice Latin dance, which I find both grounding and energizing.
