About Me and How I Help

I am a passionate MHC-LP who works with individuals, children, and teens. I recognize that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I strive to create a space where clients can feel seen, heard, and even share a laugh when things feel heavy. Life is messy, emotions are complicated, and sometimes a little humor is exactly what we need to get through it. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or simply want to grow and feel more balanced, I aim to support you in exploring strategies that are practical, compassionate, and tailored to you. I am drawn to this work because I believe in the power of human connection and the capacity for change. I strive to combine empathy with a direct, practical approach, helping clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and gain clarity in their lives. Every session is an opportunity to explore emotions safely, set meaningful goals, and take actionable steps toward greater well-being.

Beyond the Office

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling, spending time with family, and loving my pets. I cope with life’s challenges through the practice of mindfulness and a good dose of laughter.
