About Me and How I Help

I’m a therapist who shows up collaboratively, with warmth, humor, and a direct, person-centered approach. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation; one where you feel supported, respected, and understood without judgment. While I specialize in trauma and substance use disorders, I also work with individuals navigating everyday stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, and the many life transitions that can impact our overall well-being.

I’m a Certified Trauma Professional and trained in Seeking Safety programming, as well as crisis intervention. My background in both clinical social work and addiction counseling allows me to take a holistic, compassionate, and practical approach to healing. I’m passionate about this work because I’ve seen the profound transformation that happens when people are given a safe space to rebuild their lives, reclaim their identities, and reconnect with their own resilience. Being part of that journey is a privilege I never take lightly.

Beyond the Office

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a mother and wife who loves 5ks, hiking, camping, traveling, volunteering, and celebrating any holiday that gives me an excuse to create and experience joy. My favorite coping activity is using sensory objects and fidget toys; they’re my favorite grounding skill and a reminder that small, simple things can make us feel a little more steady in the world.`
