About Me and How I Help
I believe the most powerful tool in therapy is the strength of the relationships that we foster with each other. Using a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic and Acceptance and Commitment-based approaches during the therapeutic process. During our time together, our goals are to gain insight and encourage increased understanding of the self and foster a safe environment for growth and exploration.
I specialize in working with teens and adults struggling with symptoms of anxiety, OCD and life transitions. I use a collaborative, humor-friendly approach in sessions with an emphasis on individual strengths and empowerment. Standing by your side as a support and advocate during your journey of self-discovery is one of my great joys and privileges.
Beyond the Office
In my free time I enjoy trying different local coffee shops to find the best matcha latte! I’m passionate about animal rescue and foster kittens often for local non-profits before they find their forever homes.
