Hello, I’m Natalie, a compassionate and dedicated therapist with experience in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy and understanding, creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. My approach in the therapy room is collaborative, empathetic, direct, and grounded in authenticity and humor (when it fits). I believe that healing happens through connection, compassion, and honest conversations.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. I particularly enjoy supporting young adults who are learning to balance independence, relationships, and self-discovery. My work is trauma-informed, and I draw from evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness approaches to help clients build insight and resilience.
Beyond the Office
I’m a bookworm who loves a quiet morning with coffee. My personal favorite coping skill is using gentle affirmations to ground and encourage myself through difficult moments.
