About Me and How I Help

When we connect, we grow. I believe that supportive connection is the foundation for emotional healing and personal empowerment. In my therapy room, I strive to create a gentle, respectful, and collaborative space where warmth, honesty, and even a little humor help us move forward together. I work with children and adults who are seeking greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, and the courage to face what feels unmanageable.  My approach is client centered and rooted in compassion; every session is tailored to your unique story and strengths.

I am trained in evidence-based approaches that support emotional resilience and self-compassion. My passion for this work comes from witnessing the incredible transformation that occurs when people rediscover their own inner power, find their joy and learn to meet life’s challenges with openness and authenticity.

Beyond the Office

Outside of my practice, I am probably just like you. I enjoy spending time with friends and family or in solitude. I love a good game of cards or dominoes, can’t beat a walk with the dog or knitting. A fun fact about me – I love bubble gum. With the right piece, I can blow a bubble the size of my head!
